A new faction has made themselves known, this new faction is known as the Shadow Collective and follows someone by the name of Lord Shadow.
Little more is known about this organisation although it is believed its members can be found “Stealthed” or “Hidden” and staking out various locations in the game world.
Players with evidence of this organisation should seek out Sheriff Lockemup at Northglen!
Two ways to find an Agent
Use Detect Hidden, approximately 50% of the Agents can be found using Detect Hidden.

Stealth yourself and walk around the game world, some of the Agents will show up only while stealthed.
