The Property menu contains the following items:
Manage
Opens the Property manage screens and menus that allow you to access important management features for your buildings. You can use these general features from any location without being near or in the building.
Additional features may only be available when standing inside a building you have management permissions on.
Dungeons
Opens the Dungeon management screen to allow you to manage any dungeons you might have.
Price Property
Opens the Price Property screen which allows you to price properties and place them up for sale.
Trade
Opens the Trade property screen which allows you to trade a building to another player. The player needs to have room to receive the building.
Build Deed
Opens the Construction screen which allows you to craft a building/room deed assuming you have the construction skill and know some plans. Construction skill can be gained at level 95 in Fenwood Town (Sandydale Basin realm) by everyone.
Build Dungeon
Opens the Dungeon mastery screen which allows you to craft a building/room deed assuming you have the Dungeon mastery skill and know some plans. Dungeon mastery can be gained at level 395 in the Lakeview realm by everyone.
