The Inscription skill is used to craft imprints, these are magical effects that can later be applied to a weapon by anyone regardless of if they know the Inscription skill or not.

Inscription can be learnt by anyone simply by visiting the Inscription trainer and then purchase Inscription spells from the relevant spell trainer.
**Skill Use
**After you have purchased inscription spells (from the inscription spell trainer) you are free to make an unlimited amount of imprints from each spell.
Go to the Inventory > Tradeskill > Inscription screen and it will list all of the inscription spells you currently know and have enough skill to make imprints from.
Information on each inscription is provided for you such as the percentage chance the inscription will trigger. Click the Make button to have your imprint added to your queue. As with all the skills that use the queue you will not gain any experience or the items you are making until you visit the Inventory > Queue screen after the queue timer has run out.
You will gain a guaranteed skill gain for each imprint you queue.
