To resize/move the Status/Chat window press Alt + R this will enable the resize feature. Click on the window you wish to move/resize then position it wherever you want.
When you are happy press Alt + R again to lock the elements down.
With this change it makes it impossible to accidentally move/resize a window should there be a mouse problem.
