The Open Portal screen can be used to create a portal to a specific location, you need to have the portalstone you wish to use in your Inventory.
This screen has Arrow buttons that let you move the viewed area around the current realm.
The screen marks all of the locations you have portalstones for on the map, and then its just a matter of clicking on the listed location to create a portal to it.
A portal will the be summoned at the current tile, it will last for five minutes and allow anyone that clicks on it to travel to that location.
