The Make Portal screen can be used to create a portalstone to a specific location in the current realm.
This screen has Arrow buttons that let you move the viewed area around the current realm, then when you click on a tile on the map it will load a second screen in the right hand side of the window.
The second screen is where you will be able to create the portalstone by clicking on the listed location, if you do not have the required Portal Mastery skill it will tell you how much skill is required and prevent you from making a portalstone until you have the required amount.
