The Track Enemies screen can be used to track anyone that has a different allegiance to your own (excluding neutrals), it only works on players classed as "online" and is not based on a specific skill instead it relies on your Allegiance points.
As with the other track or map screens it shows a view of the current area in the current realm you can use the Arrow buttons to move the view around the realm.
This screen will let you track any enemy allegiance player, you can alter the level range that you wish to track, the maximum level range you can track is based on your allegiance points, you will need to siege enemy outposts or do allegiance quests to get more points.
Click on the marked enemy to goto its location.
