Stats
Your stats will go up each time you level, depending on what stats are available to your profession, when you evolve you may receive different stat allocations.

You can raise your stats higher by using items with stat bonuses on them, or spells or anything else that may give a temporary boost to that stat.

The following stats are present in Lands of Hope:

Dexterity
Dexterity is used in combat to determine your chance of melee/ranged evasion, it is also used to evade a Trap after triggering one. The formula for combat evasion is ((Dexterity / Level) * 6) = Evasion percent chance, evasion is capped at 35% so higher than 6000 wont provide any noticeable difference for combat.

Hitpoints
Your Health is used in combat, each time you are hit by a spell or weapon your health will go down, when it reaches 0 or less you will be dead and lose the fight. Therefore the more health you have the longer you will survive.

Intelligence
Your Intelligence along with your mana determines what spells you can use it may also be used when disarming traps. Also your intelligence provides you with a bonus to your mana pool of 1pt mana for each point of intelligence. Intelligence may also improve damage spells in combat.

Mana
Your Mana determines what spells you may cast both in combat and outside of combat, each time you cast a spell your mana goes down, you may need to rest to regenerate your mana.

Speed
Speed is used in combat to determine your chance of spell evasion. The formula for spell evasion is ((Speed / Level) * 6) = Evasion percent chance, evasion is capped at 35% so higher than 6000 wont provide any noticeable difference for combat.

Stamina
Your Stamina determines what styles you may execute in combat, each time you execute a style your stamina goes down, you may need to rest to regenerate your stamina. Stamina also plays a part in increasing your hitpoints, for every 5pts of stamina you gain 1pt bonus point of health.

Strength
Your Strength improves your damage with melee weapons using the equation Damage = Damage + (STR / 10). This means for every 10pts you have in Strength you will deal 1more damage.
