Managing
The Land management screen (accessible by Land > Manage Land or clicking the Tile admin button in the bottom bank of buttons) gives you access to all of the really useful functions you can do to alter the appearance and layout of your land and its day to day functionality.

You can use the Arrow buttons to move the view window around the current realm to find tiles you own.

The Mode toggles in the middle of the screen are used to determine what action you wish to perform, you select an action and then click on a Tile in the map and if you own the tile the area on the right of the screen will display the relevant action screen.

Edit
This screen allows you to edit the tile description and name it also lets you price the tile, and flag it as being for sale. You can set the general tax value for this tile and also set if this tile requires a permit, if you want anyone to build here then leave the permit box unticked.

The Enemies box allows you to set whether enemies spawn on this tile or not.

Town
This screen lets you perform some Town specific functions:

Make Permit
A permit is added to your inventory, it can be traded to other players or put up for sale on a Vendor in your town, or just used by your self.

A permit grants the permit owner permission to build one building at the tile the permit was made for, the permit is used up afterwards.

Make Relocation Permit
A permit is added to your inventory, it can be traded to other players or put up for sale on a Vendor in your town, or just used by your self.

This permit grants the permit owner the permission to move one existing building from any tile to the tile the permit was made for, it is used up afterwards.

Build Quest Buildingt
Builds a quest building, this feature is under construction.

Mapped Tile
A mapped tile will show up on the World > Map screen, great if you want to advertise shops and goods for sale, but bad if you want your tile to remain relatively unknown..

Delete
This screen allows you to delete the tile, a deleted tile just means you no longer own it and it returns to being for sale (if it was once for sale) or returns to a plain tile.

Most of the changes you made to the tile are undone.

The other modes shown in the top screenshot are not available to players (Terrain and Image).
