At some point in your characters development, you will no doubt decide you wish to own Buildings. You can do anything you want inside your own building, you can use it for storage or a safe place for your characters to log out. You can turn it into a store and sell your items to other players ... plus many other things. There are a few ways you can get a buillding, you can buy a pre-built building from another player via the Building Marketeer screen, you can be traded a building by another player or you can use a Deed to build a building. Deeds can be crafted using the Construction tradeskill (which you cant learn until you access the second realm), or bought from other players, you can also use the Craft Marketeer NPC to make you a building deed. Deed Building a house from a Deed is a simple procedure, goto the Tile you wish to build the building on (you can not build in NPC Towns nor in some player towns) then goto your Inventory screen and click on the deed and click use. The building will then be built at your current location and you set as the building owner. | |||||||||
